Light southwesterlies continue for the west and south of the Island on Sunday. Eastern regions will continue to see mostly fine weather compared to western areas with cloudy conditions with lingering showers or drizzle.
🌤️Nelson, Marlborough and Canterbury: Mostly fine with a few areas of cloud for Nelson and Canterbury in the afternoon with light winds.
🌦️Otago and Southland: Southwesterlies gusty at times in the morning. Showers clearing but remaining cloudy for some areas.
🌧️Fiordland, Westland, Buller and Tasman: Patchy showers or drizzle confined to the ranges by mid-morning for Westland, Buller and Tasman then remaining cloudy. Fiordland has showers/drizzle on and off throughout the day.
